2016年河南省大骨节病病情现况调查与分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Kashin-Beck diseas epidemic situation in Henan

摘要 目的掌握河南省大骨节病的病情和防控措施落实现况,评估大骨节病县级消除技术指标。方法在河南省5个病区县,22个病区乡开展调查,每个乡镇抽取3个病区村作为调查点,调查全部7~12岁儿童,进行临床和X线摄片检查,分别计算临床检出例数、检出率和X线阳性检出例数和检出率。对调查点大骨节病防控措施落实情况开展调查,包含居民人均收入、经济作物种植、退耕还林和主食种类等防控措施落实情况。结果共调查了22个病区乡821个病区村3 684名儿童,未发现临床病例,X线阳性检出6例,检出率为0.16%。开展了补硒措施,购食外地粮占13.8%,退耕还林(草)面积占原有耕地的2.2%;改种经济作物面积占原有耕地的3.5%。结论河南省大骨节病病情得到了有效控制,达到县级大骨节病消除技术指标标准。 Objective To understand Kashin-Beck disease in Henan province's condition and current status of prevention and control measures, assessment of Kashin-Beck disease eliminationof technical indicators at the county level.Methods In 22 towns of Henan province,carried out investigation of KSD. Investigate all children aged 7 to 12, clinical and x-ray examination, respectively, calculatethe number of detected clinical cases, detection rate and x ray detection rate and the number of positive cases. Investigation of kaschin-Beck disease preventive and control measures for the implementation of surveys, include residents ' per capita income, cash crop cultivation, returning farmland to forest types and staple food control measures. Three epidemic villages were selected as the surveying villages in each town in order to understand the implementation of measures for prevention. Results Investigate 3 684 children in 821 villages of 22 towns, no clinic cases were found, 6 positive X-rays, the detection rate was 0.16 %. selenium supplementation measures are carried out, purchase of food grain is 13.8 %, returning farmland to forest(grassland) arable land is 2.2 %;grow cash crops with original land area 3.5 %. Conclusions Kashin-Beck disease in Henan province has been effectively controlled, reached elimination of technical standards in the county level.
