摘要
以工业渣和石灰为主要原料制备了酸性废气颗粒吸收剂。试验分析了颗粒吸收剂的物理化学特性并考察了吸收效果和工艺装置技术要求。结果表明:适合的工业渣可以利用其多孔结构起吸附作用,提高钙基颗粒的吸收活性;颗粒吸收剂具有吸收效率高、物理化学性能稳定、无二次污染的特点,简化酸性废气吸收工艺、设备和运行管理。
