摘要
结合深圳地区大型市政污水处理项目管理经验,从准备目标、工艺调试、人员配备、进度安排、运行方案、试运行管理等方面系统分析了新建污水处理厂生产准备工作过程中需要注意的关键问题,强调了生产应急预案的重要性。
Based on the project management experience in large scale sewage treatment plants, the key problems during the production preparation process of a newly-built municipal sewage treatment plant were analyzed from the aspects of preparation targets, process test,staff allocation, scheduling, operation plans and trial operation management. The significance of production emergency plan was emphasized.
