摘要
针对设计过程与性能优化脱节的现状,本文基于能量平衡原理,利用建筑空间形态与围护结构热工性能之间的关联,通过Matlab软件建立了被动式超低能耗建筑能耗计算模型,得出了天津地区气候条件下的被动式超低能耗建筑指标体系。同时,利用敏感性分析原理得出了各设计指标对能耗结果的影响权重。研究结果表明:天津地区被动式超低能耗建筑在设计方法上应着重关注外窗综合得热系数的选取、新风热回收效率的提升以及外墙传热系数。
Due to the gap between the design process and performance optimization,this paper established an energy consumption calculation model targeting passive ultra-low energy buildings by using Matlab software.Indicators were obtained according to Tianjin's climatic condition,and the proportion of each designed indicator to energy consumption results was set forth. The results showed that the design method of passive low-energy buildings in Tianjin should focus on the selection of G value of windows,reasonable design of window-wall ratio and improvement of heat recovery efficiency in ventilation system.
