To Give a Further Play of the China Foreign Exchange Committee in Providing Professional Support and Promoting Self-Disciplinary Management

作为全球外汇市场委员会的创始成员，过去两年，外汇市场指导委员会一方面积极推动《全球外汇市场准则》和《中国外汇市场准则》落地实施，旨在向中国外汇市场参与者和从业人员提供通用性的指导原则和行业最佳实践的操作规范；另一方面，发布了一系列自律规范制度文件，建立了覆盖全国的省级自律机制，开展了自律行为监测、评估和培训，较好提升了银行跨境本外币业务经营的整体水平。

As a founding member of the Global Foreign Exchange Committee, over the past two years, the China Foreign Exchange Committee has, on the one hand, actively promoted adherence to the FX Global Code and the China FX Code, aiming to provide market participants with universal guidelines and a code of conduct based on best market practices. On the other hand, the China Foreign Exchange Committee promulgated a series of self-disciplinary rules, established reginal self- disciplinary mechanisms across the country, and conducted self-disciplinary training, monitoring and assessment, thus improved the management of cross-border RMB and foreiqn currency businesses of banks.
