摘要
详细分析了可能影响建筑涂料耐洗刷性测试结果的各种因素,指出刷子的刷毛硬度、底材表面、涂布方式、洗刷介质是造成耐洗刷性测试结果重现性和可比性差的最大原因,并提出了一种新的测试方法来评价刷子刷毛硬度。试验数据表明:试验所使用的刷子刷毛硬度越高,样品的耐洗刷次数越少;底材表面的粗糙度越高或光泽越低,样品的耐洗刷次数越高。同时,涂膜的涂布方式及试验所用的洗刷介质对耐洗刷性也有一定的影响:人工涂布的样板耐洗刷次数明显低于使用自动涂膜机涂布的样板;采用不同品牌的洗衣粉配制的洗刷介质,也会对样板的耐洗刷性有影响。最后介绍和比较了一些涂层耐湿擦洗的国际测试方法标准的优劣。
Some factors which might influence test results of scrub resistance of architec- tural coating film are analyzed in detail, such as brush bristles hardness, substrate surface, application methods and scrub medium which are the significant factors causing bad repeat- ability and comparability for scrub resistance test results. A new testing method to evaluate the hardness of the brush bristles is introduced. The testing result show that the harder the bristles of brush used for testing are, the less scrub resistance numbers of sample would get; for sub- strate surface, the higher the roughness is or the lower the gloss is, the more scrub resistance numbers would get. At the same time, application method and scrub medium also influence the scrub resistance: for those samples coated by manual, their scrub resistance numbers are lower obviously than that by automatic applicator. Scrub medium prepared by different brand washing powder also affects the scrub resistance numbers. Finally, some other similar international tes- ting methods for scrub resistance are introduced and compared.
