摘要
对风机叶片前缘耐雨蚀涂料及聚氨酯膜性能进行了研究,测试涂膜拉伸性能、附着力、耐盐雾性、耐紫外性等常规性能及耐雨蚀性能,并考虑了环境对叶片前缘耐雨蚀防护材料性能的影响,测试了紫外老化后雨蚀性能。结果表明:耐雨蚀涂料性能在使用初期阶段及一定使用时间后,性能均能达到或超过聚氨酯膜的性能,是未来风机叶片耐雨蚀材料的重要发展方向。
The properties of coatings and the polyurethane film that are both applied on the leading edge of wind turbine blades have been discussed. Several typical properties( e.g., ten- sile strength, adhesion, salt fog resistance and UV resistance) and the rain resistance are ex- amined. Meanwhile, the effects of environment on the rain resistance of the coatings are inves- tigated. The rain resistance of' the coatings after UV resistance test is examined in particular. The results show that the performance of the rain resistant coatings applied initially and tor a certain period can reach or even surpass the property of the polyurethane film. Therefore, the rain resistant coatings will play a significant role in the future research of the rain erosion mate- rials for wind turbine blades.
