摘要
供热管网系统规模日益扩大,管网结构也更加复杂,具有较强的非线性,为避免供热过程中不出现水力失调以及降低管网建设成本,必须进行管网设计优化。采用图论方法,构建复杂供热管网,建立了管网水力计算数学模型,构造出水力计算的矩阵方程组,并利用MATLAB软件采用迭代法进行求解。针对辽宁某地区热力管网进行分析,计算结果和供热管网实际运行数据进行对比,基于图论的复杂管网水力计算模型精度满足工程要求。
With the scale of heat supply pipe network systems becoming larger and larger in each passing day, the structure of the networks will also become more complicated and relatively strong nonlinear. To avoid any out-of-regulation of a heat supply pipe network in hydrodynamics and reduce the construction cost of the network, optimized design of the pipe network must be performed in an early time. The graph theory was adopted to construct a complex heat supply pipe network and establish a mathematical model for calculating the network in hydrodynamics. On this basis, a matrix equation group for hydrodynamic calculation was formulated and the software Matlab was utilized to seek solutions by using the iterative method. An analysis of the thermal pipe network in a region in Liaoning Province was conducted and the calcu lation results were compared with the actual operation data of the heat supply pipe network. It has been found that the calculation precision of the complex network by using the hydrodynamic calculation model based on the graph theory can meet the requirements for engineering projects.
