摘要
基于当前人口老龄化引发的空巢化、失能化、高龄化的严峻趋势,文章分析了网络治理及其在我国社区居家养老服务供给中的初步尝试,指出进一步改进社区居家养老服务供给机制必须从正确选择合作伙伴、缔结深度合作纽带和架构激励约束机制等三方面着手。
Facing the severe trend of empty nest, disability and high aging caused by population aging, we sum up experience and put forward some suggestions by means of analyzing the network governance and its preliminary attempt in the supply mechanism of community home-based endowment service in our country. In the process of improving the supply mechanism of community home-based endowment services, we should proceed from the following three aspects： correctly selecting partners, establishing deep cooperation ties, and building incentive and restraint mechanisms.
