摘要
以理论作为支撑依据,颁布的新标准为准绳,分析了HRB600级别钢筋的成分设计思路,结合新标准要求,采用了合金强化提高和稳定产品性能为主要手段,以控制冷却作为辅助技术措施,在开发过程中通过不同的成分设计方案和轧制控制方案,以满足HRB600产品的开发要求,并以不同的方案试验的结果作为下一步提高产品性能和改进产品成分结构基础。
The ideas about composition design of HRB600 steel bar are analyzed in the light of the theory and new standard (GB/T1499.2-2018) to be put into effect. According to requirements of HRB600 in GB/T1499.2-2018, alloy strengthening is used as a main measure and control cooling is used as an auxiliary technical measure to improve and stabilize properties of HRB600. Different pro- grams about composition design and rolling control are tried to meet properties of HRB600 in the de- velopment of HRB600. The experimental results of different programs will be used as a base to im- prove composition and properties of HRB600 in the future.
