摘要 对管内插入不同圈径的螺旋弹簧在核心流强化传热区域的传热效率进行了实验研究,分析了弹簧圈径大小对核心流强化传热效率的影响。结果表明,在管内核心流区域插入螺旋弹簧对传热具有显著的强化作用,其强化效果与插入弹簧的圈径大小以及流体状态有关。 The heat transfer efficiency of a coil spring with different coil diameters in the core flow enhancement zone was experimentally investigated. The effect of coil diameter on heat transfer enhancement of core flow was analyzed. The results showed that the insertion of coil springs in the core flow area had a significant enhancement of heat transfer, and the effect of strengthening the heat transfer was related to the diameter of the inserted circle and the state of the fluid.
