摘要
对比了GB/T 151—2014与ASME B&PVC标准中固定管板计算方法的差异,在假设条件下分别用两种标准对管板最小厚度进行了计算。在进一步分析中通过有限元方法研究了压力作用下实体管板弯曲应力的变化情况并与公式计算的结果进行了比较。
The difference between the calculation methods of fixed tube sheet in GB/T 151-2014 and ASME B&PVC was compared. Under the assumed conditions, the minimum thickness of tube sheet was calculated by two standards respectively. In the further analysis, the variation of the bending stress of the solid tube plate under pressure was studied by the finite element method, and the results were compared with the results calculated by the formula.
