Tm_2O_3掺杂浓度对锗酸盐玻璃热稳定性及光谱性质的影响 被引量:3

Influences of Tm_2O_3Doping Concentration on Thermal Stability and Spectroscopic Properties of Germanate Glass

摘要 用高温熔融法制备了Tm_2O_3掺杂的55GeO_2-15PbO-5PbF_2-10BaO-10ZnO-5K_2O锗酸盐玻璃,测试了该玻璃的热稳定性和结构,得到其热稳定性参数大于180℃。通过红外光谱测试了该玻璃的羟基含量,得到羟基吸收系数小于0.51cm^(-1)。测试了不同Tm_2O_3掺杂浓度下样品的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。研究结果表明,随着Tm_2O_3质量分数的增加,Tm^(3+)之间的交叉弛豫速率增大。当Tm_2O_3的质量分数为5%时,1880nm处的荧光强度最强,~3F_4到~3H_6能级跃迁的峰值发射截面高达5.84×10^(-21) cm^2。 The Tm2O3-doped 55 GeO2-15 PbO-5 PbF2-10 BaO-10 ZnO-5 K2 O germanate glass is fabricated by using the high temperature melt-quenching method.The thermal stability and structures of this glass are measured,and the thermal stability coefficient of this glass is greater than 180 ℃.The hydroxyl content of this glass is measured by a infrared spectroscopy and the hydroxyl absorption coefficient is less than 0.51 cm^-1.The absorption and fluorescence spectra are obtained under different Tm2O3 doping concentrations.The research results show that the cross-relaxation rate increases with the increase of Tm2O3 mass fraction.When the mass fraction of Tm2O3 is 5%,the fluorescence intensity at a wavelength of 1880 nm reaches the maximum,and the peak emission cross section of ~3 F4→~3 H6 energy transition is up to 5.84×10^-21 cm^2.
