2BD-2型玉米无膜浅埋滴灌播种机的研制与测试

Development and Test of 2BD-2 Non-film Shallow Buried Drip Irrigation Corn Planter

通过对内蒙古西辽河平原地区玉米播种机现状进行调研,研制了适宜当地条件的2BD-2型玉米无膜浅埋滴灌播种机,该播种机可以一次性完成开沟、施肥、铺带、播种、覆土、镇压全工序。田间测试表明,该播种机株距控制在233~400 mm、行走速度控制在3.5~4 km/h之间进行作业时,能够完成日播种面积4.2~4.8 hm2,重播指数≤2%,漏播指数≤2%,播种效率和效果较佳。

Based on the investigation of the current status of corn planter in the Xi Liao river plain area of Inner Mongolia Province,a 2 BD-2 type non-film shallow buried drip irrigation corn planter suitable for local condition is developed. The planter can complete the whole process,including ditching,fertilizing,laying,sowing,covering soil and compacting at one time. The field test shows that when the planting space is controlled as 233 ~ 400 mm,the walking speed is controlled as 3.5 ~ 4 km/h,the planter can complete the sown area of 4.2 ~ 4.8 hm2 per day,the replay index is less than 2%,the missing seeding index is less than 2%,both the seeding efficiency and the effect are good.
