Method for Determining Salification Rate of Niclosamide Ethanolamine

[目的]:建立一种电位滴定的方法测定杀螺胺乙醇胺盐中的乙醇胺,监控成盐率。[方法]:采用返滴定的方法,先往称量好的杀螺胺乙醇胺盐中加入过量的盐酸酸解乙醇胺,再用氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定过量的盐酸。[结果]:通过实验,符合理论值。[结论]:该方法的准确度高、精密度好、线性关系强,具有简便、快速、费用低等特点。可以作为杀螺胺乙醇胺盐中的乙醇胺的含量测定和产品质量过程控制方法。

[Purpose]：A potentiometric titration method was established for determination of ethanolamine in niclosamide ethanolamine,and monitoring salification rate.[Method]：A back titration method is adopted.Adding excessive hydrochloric acid acidolysis ethanolamine into the weighed niclosamide ethanolamine,Titrate excess hydrochloric acid with sodium hydroxide standard solution.[Result]：Through experiments,accord with the theoretical alue.[Conclusion]：The method has the advantages of high accuracy,good precision and strong linear relationship.Has the characteristics of simplicity,rapidness,low cost and the like.Can be used as a method for determining the content of ethanolamine in theniclosamide ethanolamine and controlling the product quality process.
