微生物菌种的筛选及其对活性黄染料模拟废水的处理

摘要 采用驯化筛菌法筛选出能够有效降解活性黄染液的目标菌株,然后运用目标菌株处理模拟活性黄染料废水。结果表明:目标菌株处理染料模拟废水效果明显;环境条件为37℃、120r/min时,最佳去除率可达到82%以上。 The target microbial strains were effectively filtered out with domesticated bacteria sieve method for reactive yellow dye wastewater.Then,applied the target strains to deal with reactive yellow dye wastewater.It has discussed on the various environmental conditions of temperature,rotation speed on the dye adsorption and removal.The results show the target strain dyes wastewater treatment is feasible and when the condition is 37℃,120 r/min,and the best removal rate reached 82%.
