Research on the Thinking and Direction of Ecological Land Construction

生态国土建设是新时代习近平中国特色社会主义思想关于生态文明的具体观阐述。本文通过论述生态国土建设与生态文明战略的内在关系,阐明了生态国土建设的重要意义;总结典型重点地区/城市生态国土建设实践经验,提出未来我国生态国土建设的四点考虑;在梳理部门工作实践基础上,结合我国基本国情和发展态势,提出新时代生态国土建设的核心内容和重点工作,提出加强顶层设计、稳步推进的时间表和路线图。

Ecological land construction is a concrete manifestation of ecological civilization of Xi Jinping＇s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In this paper, the significance of the ecological land construction is expounded by exploring the internal connection between the ecological land construction and the ecological civilization strategy. The practical experience of typical key areas/urban ecological land construction is summarized, and four reflections on the ecological land construction in China in the future are proposed. Based on combing the work practices of departments and combined with China＇s basic national conditions and development trends, the paper also puts forward the core content and key work of the ecological land construction in the new era, as well as a schedule and roadmap for strengthening the top-level design and steadily advancing
