构建“山水林田湖草”生态保护与修复的内生机制 被引量:33

摘要 "山水林田湖草"生态保护与修复是对矿山聚落生态系统、农田生态系统与自然生态系统相结合的复杂生境的改良探索,探讨"山水林田湖草"内生机制的定量研究相对较少。本文以山西省朔州市为例,分析当地"山水林田湖草"的空间分布特征,解构其彼此的空间关联关系和影响程度。研究发现"山"是"山水林田湖草"系统中的重要涵养地,并指出"山水林田湖草"生态保护与修复的内生机制中耕地保护、水资源保护、矿山环境恢复治理、土地复垦与整治和林草共管是核心环节。建议从实施角度和机制建设方面完善"山水林田湖草"生态修复的内生机制,加强在资源型城市开展此类修复,并在适当条件下开展流域间合作。 The ecological protection and restoration of "mountain, water, forest, field, lake and grass" is an improved exploration of complex habitats combining the mine ecosystem, farmland ecosystem and natural ecosystem, and the quantitative research on the endogenous mechanism of "mountain, water, forest, field, lake and grass" is relatively rare. This paper, taking Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province as an example, analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of the local of "mountain, water, forest, field, lake and grass", and deconstructs the spatial correlation and influence degree of each other. This study has found that "mountain" is the important conserving region of the "mountain, water, forest, field, lake and grass" system, and pointed out that, in the endogenous mechanism of ecological protection and restoration of "mountain, water, forest, field, lake and grass", cultivated land protection, protection of water resources and mine environmental governance, land reclamation and forest and grassland condominium are core links. We suggest that the endogenous mechanism of the "mountain, water, forest, field, lake and grass" ecological restoration be improved from the perspective of implementation and mechanism construction, and carrying out such repair in the resources city, and conducting interbasin cooperation in appropriate conditions.
