贵州某高碳硫铁矿浮选提硫试验研究

Experimental Study on Recovery of Sulfur from a High Carbon Sulfur-iron Ore in Guizhou

摘要 为降低贵州某单一高碳硫铁矿中的碳含量,提高硫精矿的品位,保证硫精矿的回收率,进行了浮选提硫试验研究。在分析原矿性质的基础上,确定了"先抑硫浮碳,再活化提硫"的浮选流程。采用新型硫抑制剂BK510进行碳硫分离,对脱碳后的硫粗精矿进行活化,采用新型硫铁矿捕收剂BK303和起泡剂BK201进行提硫试验,在低药剂用量下,可取得良好的粗选效果。经浮选闭路试验,可获得硫品位40.22%、硫综合回收率81.57%、碳含量0.72%的优质硫铁矿精矿。 To decrease the carbon contents of raw ore, improve the grade of sulfur concentrate, and ensure the recovery of sulfur of a single high carbon sulfur-iron ore in Guizhou, an experimental study on recovery of sulfur by flotation was conducted. On the basis of analyzing the properties of the ore, the flotation process of recovery carbon by sulfur depression and recovery sulfur by sulfur activation was determined. Firstly, a new sulfur inhibitor BK510 was used to separate carbon and sulfur, the rough sulfur concentrate was activated after decarburization, and then the new collector BK303 and frother BK201 were adopted to recover sulfur at the last. Thereby, a good rough effect was obtained with the low dosage of reagents. Based on the closed flotation circuit test, a high quality pyrite concentrate could be obtained with 40.22% of sulfur content, 81.57% of sulfur recovery and 0.72% of carbon content.
