摘要
小秦岭地区金矿多伴生白钨矿,一直未得到有效利用。为对该地区的伴生白钨矿进行综合利用,选择某浮金尾矿进行了白钨矿回收试验研究。研究结果表明:某浮金尾矿中WO_3含量为0.063%,主要有用矿物为白钨矿,主要脉石矿物为石英,SiO_2含量为77.74%。在不进行预先脱硫和磨矿的前提下,采用常温粗选-加温精选的浮选工艺回收钨矿物,最终闭路试验可以获得WO_3品位为33.68%、回收率为76.37%的钨精矿。
The gold ore in Xiaoqinling area are usually accompanying scheelite, which has not been utilized rationally and effectively. In this paper, the recovery of scheelite from a gold flotation railings in this area was studied. The results showed that the gold flotation tailings contained 0.063% of WO3 and 77.74% of SiO2, in which the main valuable mineral was scheelite and the principal gangue mineral was quartz. Without desulfuration or grinding in advance, a closed-circuit test was carried out under the flotation process of roughing at room temperature and heating concentration. And the scheelite concentrate with WO3 grade of 33.68% and recovery of 76.37% could be obtained.
