The Influences of Block Size and Estimation Methods on the Valuation of Ore Grade

摘要 研究不同因素对矿石品位估算的影响具有重要意义。为了研究块体尺寸和估值方法对矿石品位估算的影响,以某大型铁矿为实验对象,选用不同尺寸的块体模型,使用最近距离法、距离幂次反比法、简单克里格方法和普通克里格方法,进行了一系列矿石品位估值计算。在此基础上,使用统计分形方法对块体尺寸、估值方法对矿石品位估值的影响规律进行研究。研究表明:在品位大于40%块体数量中,简单克里格法有更多的高品位块体数量,普通克里格法和距离幂次反比法次之,最近距离法最少。简单克里法估值的平均品位与原始样品平均品位最接近,普通克里格法和距离幂次反比法次之,最近距离法差距最大。高品位块体数量不同是造成估值结果差别的主要原因。块体尺寸不超过14 m时,估值结果较为稳定。 It is important to study the influence of different factors on the ore grade estimation. In order to study the effects of block size and estimation methods on the valuation of ore grade, a large iron mine was taken as an experimental subject. Then, block models with different sizes were selected, and a series of valuation calculations of ore grade were carried out by nearest neighbor method, distance inverse weight, simple kriging and ordinary kriging. On this basis, the statistical analysis method was used to study the influence laws of block size and estimation methods on the valuation of ore grade. The research showed that among the block quantity of grade larger than 40%, the simple kriging had the largest quantity of high-grade blocks, the ordinary kriging and the distance inverse weight were the next, and the nearest distance method was the least. The average grade of simple kriging was nearest to taht of ore samples, distance inverse weight and ordinary kriging followed, and the difference of nearest neighbor method was the greatest. The different quantity of high-grade blocks was the main reason for the difference of valuation results of different methods. When the block size was less than 14 m, the valuation results were stable.
