矿用挖掘机履带行走装置的动力学行为分析 被引量:3

摘要 将UG中建立的WK-75型矿用挖掘机各部件模型导入RecurDyn多体动力学软件中,建立履带行走装置动力学模型。通过对行走装置的动力学分析,确定其危险工况,并对危险工况下的主要部件进行了分析。结果表明,原地转向时驱动功率过载时间长,应尽量避免此工况,最大坡道行驶时,速度不应超过0.83km/h;支重轮轴的危险位置出现在两端,强度满足要求,但易发生疲劳破坏。研究结果可为优化传动系统和分析支重轮轴、套筒等部件的疲劳寿命提供了一定的参考。 The model of WK-75 mine excavator built in UG was introduced into RecurDyn multi-body dynamics softwareto establish the dynamic model of crawler driving mechanism.The dangerous condition of walking device was determined by dynamic analysis, and the main components under dangerous condition were analyzed. The results showed that the overdrive time of driving power was long when the excavator was in the condition of pivot steering. Therefore, this condition to be avoided for the excavator, and the speed should be limited with in 0.83 km/h when driving onthe steepest ramp. The dangerous position of track wheel was at both ends, which could meet the strength requirements but was easy to cause fatigue failure. The study results could provide a certain reference to optimize the transmission system and to analyze the fatigue life of track wheel, sleeve and other parts.
