2016、2017年烟台市芝罘区碘盐监测

目的了解烟台市芝罘区2016、2017年度居民食用碘盐以及2017年度尿碘含量情况,为消除碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据和下一步工作建议。方法按照全省《碘缺乏病监测方案》的要求进行抽样,对居民用户食用碘盐以及部分人群尿碘含量的监测结果进行分析。结果 2016、2017年全区共监测居民食盐600份,其中合格551份,查出非碘盐33份,碘盐覆盖率为94.50%,碘盐合格率为97.18%,合格碘盐食用率为91.83%,非碘盐率为5.50%,盐碘含量中位数为21.30 mg/kg。2017年共监测孕妇尿碘200份,中位数为200.00μg/L,8～10岁儿童尿碘100份,中位数为185.60μg/L。结论烟台市芝罘区居民食用盐各项指标均达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准。

Objective To understand the status of iodized salt consumption in Zhifu district,Yantai city,2016-2017 and urine iodine concentration among the residents in 2017, so as to provide scientific basis and suggestion for the next steps for eliminating iodine deficiency disease. Methods Samples were collected according to the requirement of Iodine deficiency disease surveillance program in Shandong, to analyze the results of iodized salt consumption among residents and urine iodine concentration among some of them. Results A total of 600 salt samples were collected in Zhifu district,Yantai city from 2016 to 2017. 551 samples conformed to the requirement, 33 samples not. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 94.50%. The conformity rate of iodized salt was 97. 18%. The consumption rate of conforming iodized salt was 91.83%. The coverage rate of non-iodized salt was 5. 50%. The median of iodized concentration of salt was 21.30 mg/ kg. A total of 200 urine iodine samples of pregnant women were monitored and the median of iodine concentration was 200.00 μg/L. A total of 100 urine iodine samples of children aged 8-10 years old were monitored and the median of iodine concentration was 185.60 μg/L. Conclusion Every index is within the national standards for the elimination of iodine deficiency disease in Zhifu district,Yantai city.
