2017年高邮市老年人群艾滋病知识调查

Survey on HIV/AIDS knowledge among the elderly people,Gaoyou city,2017

目的了解高邮市≥65岁老年人群艾滋病知识知晓情况。方法 2017年9月在高邮市城镇和农村各抽取400名65岁以上老年人开展问卷调查。结果调查800人,艾滋病知识知晓率为39.62%,Logistic回归分析显示,地区和文化程度与老年人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率有关联(P<0.01),影响高邮市老年人艾滋病知晓率低的因素是农村居民和文化程度低。结论高邮市老年人的艾滋病知识知晓率偏低。

Objective To understand the awareness on knowledge of HIV/AIDS among the people over 65 years old in Gaoyou city. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in 400 elderly people over 65 years old in urban and rural areas of Gaoyou city in September 2017. Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge of the investigated elderly people was 39.62%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the regional and educational level was related to the HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness rate of the elderly people（P〈0.01）.The low HIV/AIDS awareness rate of the elderly in Gaoyou city was influenced by the rural residents and low educational level. Conclusion The awareness on knowledge of HIV/AIDS is low among the elderly in Gaoyou city.
