踝关节融合三维有限元模型的初步建立及验证 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过三维有限元技术建立简易正常踝关节三维有限元模型,模拟手术踝关节融合,初步建立踝关节融合模型并进行验证。方法将正常成人踝关节CT图像数据导入应用有限元分析软件Abaqus 2016等,进行相应操作及处理,初步建立踝关节融合模型并进行验证。结果跖屈应力50 N、60 N、70 N、80 N时跖屈角度分别为0.5°、0.5°、1.0°、1.5°,此踝关节融合模型在不同跖屈应力下踝关节跖屈角度基本没有变化。向前拉力50 N、100 N、150 N、200 N时踝关节融合面位移分别为0.01、0.03、0.10、0.14 mm,此踝关节融合模型在不同的向前拉力作用下踝关节融合面位移变化很小。结论踝关节融合模型在设计及操作完成后符合踝关节融合的要求,满足下一步试验的需要。
