男性强制戒毒人员神经质人格对毒品拒绝自我效能感的影响:应对方式的中介作用

Effect of Male Drug Abstainers' Neuroticism on Drug Refusal Self-Efficacy:the Mediating Role of Coping

目的:探讨男性强制戒毒人员的神经质人格、应对方式和毒品拒绝自我效能感之间的关系及内在作用机制。方法:使用大五人格问卷神经质分量表、简易应对方式问卷和毒品拒绝自我效能感量表对157名男性强制戒毒人员施测。结果:(1)神经质人格、消极应对和毒品拒绝自我效能感得分之间均呈显著正相关,积极应对与神经质人格、毒品拒绝自我效能感无显著相关;(2)神经质人格可以通过消极应对的中介作用对毒品拒绝自我效能感产生影响。结论:消极应对在神经质人格与毒品拒绝自我效能感之间起部分中介作用。

Objective： The present study was to investigate the relationship between neuroticism, coping and drug refusal self-efficacy in male drug abstainers. Methods： A sample of 157 male drug abstainers were assessed with The Big-Five Inventory（BFI）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ） and Self-Efficacy List for Drug Users（SELD）. Results：（1） Neuroticism, negative coping and drug refusal self-efficacy scores were significantly and positively correlated with each other. Positive coping was not correlated with neuroticism, negative coping and drug refusal self-efficacy scores. （2）Negative coping exerted a partial mediating effect on the relationship between neuroticism and drug refusal self-efficacy. Conclusion： Negative coping partially mediates the influence of neuroticism on drug refusal self-efficacy.
