摘要
包钢高炉渣山是自包钢炼铁以来不断堆积高炉渣而形成的,其占地面积约1.65 km^2。包钢高炉渣是国内少有的复合矿冶金渣,它的特点是在我国地域分布数量较大、有价元素品位较低。因此,与其他的普通硅酸盐类高炉渣相比,复合矿冶金渣的综合利用率较低。包钢高炉渣中存在放射性元素钍及氟污染问题,对包钢高炉渣的综合利用提高了难度。包钢高炉渣分为旧渣与新渣。运用XRD、 SEM-EDS分析对包钢高炉新、旧渣的化学成分、矿物分析结果、熔体物性做出研究,分析出包钢高炉渣中稀土赋存状态,为综合利用包钢高炉渣及高炉渣中有价元素富集、提取做出基本依据。根据目前含稀土高炉渣的研究现状,指出包钢含稀土高炉渣的稀土利用方向。
Baotou Steel blast furnace slag mound was formed by continuously accumulation of blast furnace slag since Baotou Steel began the iron making, and its floor area is about 1.65 km^2. Baotou Steel blast furnace slag is complex metallurgical slag, which is rare in China. And it is characterized by large geographical distribution in China and low grade of valuable elements. As a result, compared with other ordinary silicate blast furnace slag, the complex metallurgical slag has the lower comprehensive utilization rate. The contamination problem of radioactive element thorium and fluorine makes it hard to use the Baotou Steel blast furnace slag synthetically. Baotou Steel blast furnace slag is divided into old slag and new slag. The method of XRD and SEM-EDS were used to analysis the chemical composition, mineral analysis results and melt physical properties of the new slag and the old slag and occurrence state of rare earth in the blast furnace slag so that it can be the basic basis of using the blast furnace slag synthetically and the enrichment and extraction of the valuable elements in the blast furnace slag. According to the current research status of the blast furnace slag that contains rare earth, this article points out the direction of using rare earth of the Baotou Steel blast furnace slag.
