摘要
目的研究天津市某地区自来水中抗生素耐药菌及其相关基因的分布。方法于2015年10月—2016年1月采集天津市某地区自来水样,并采用PCR技术检测六大类27种耐药基因,同时分离培养耐药菌并进行种属鉴定。结果该自来水微生物指标合格,但是自来水样中检测出了四环素类、磺胺类、β内酰胺类和氨基糖苷类耐药菌及其耐药基因,其中磺胺类耐药菌及其耐药基因的检出率最高。磺胺类耐药菌检出率达83.33%(10/12),sul1耐药基因检出率达91.67%(345/545)。经鉴定,耐药菌主要分布于肠球菌、葡萄球菌、微杆菌、微球菌、假单胞菌、芽孢杆菌属。结论天津市该地区自来水中存在少量的耐药菌。
Objective To study the antibiotic resistant bacteria in the tap water of a district in Tianjin and the distribution of related genes. Methods In October 2015 to January 2016 tap water samples were collected from an area of Tianjin and the PCR technology was used for the drug-resistant genetic testing.At the same time, drug-resistant bacteria was cultured to identify the species. Results Tap water microbiology indicators were qualified. Tetracycline, sulfa, beta lactam and aminoglycoside resistance gene and its drug-resistant bacteria existed in tap water samples. Moreover, sulfa drug resistance genes showed the highest drug-resistant bacteria detection rate.Sulfa drug resistant bacteria detection rate was 83.33%, and the detection rate of resistance gene sul1 amounted to 91.67%. Identified drug-resistant bacteria mainly distributed in Enterococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus, Micrococcus, Pseudomonas and Bacillus genus. Conclusion There are a few resistant bacterias in tap water in the investigated area of Tianjin.
