白苞蒿不同溶剂提取物多酚含量及抗氧化活性

Determination of Polyphenols and Initial Research on Antioxidant Activity of Different Concentrations Artemisia lactiflora Solvent Extracts

以甲醇、无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯、氯仿为提取液,采用浸提法提取白苞蒿可溶性物质,福林酚法测定提取物的总酚含量,水杨酸法羟自由基清除作用实验测定提取物抗氧化性。结果表明4种溶剂中甲醇提取率最高,可达34.4%;乙酸乙酯提取物总酚含量最高,总酚含量为22.31μg·g^(-1);4种提取物清除羟自由基能力的强弱为甲醇提取物>无水乙醇提取物>氯仿提取物>乙酸乙酯提取物,甲醇提取物清除羟自由基率可达95.5%。说明,白苞蒿具有较强的抗氧化活性,可作为药食两用的保健食品加以开发利用。

The extractions of Artemisia lactiflora were extracted though soaking in methanol,ethanol,ethyl acetate and chloroform.The total phenols contet of the extractionwas tested though the Folin phenol method.The antioxidant activity of the extract was determined by salicylic acid hydroxyl radical scavenging.The results showed that methanol extraction rate was highest in the four solvents,reached 34.4%,and total phenolic content of ethyl acetate extract was the highest,reached 22.31 μg·g^（-1）.The order of the four extracts scavenging hydroxyl free radical was methanol extract 〉ethanol extract 〉chloroform extract ethyl acetate extract.It could be seen,Artemisia lactiflora had a strong antioxidant activity,could be used as food and medicine health food to develop and use.
