摘要
功能化石墨烯及其衍生物具有独特的物理化学性质,在很多领域备受关注。其中,在生物医学领域已成为研究热点,尤其在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断与治疗方面具有独特的优越性。本研究就近几年来石墨烯及其衍生物在肿瘤诊断及其在抗肿瘤作用中的相关研究作一简要综述,为恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供新的视角,为石墨烯临床应用提供一定的理论依据。
Functionalized graphee and its derivatives have raised much attention due to their unique physical and chemical properties. Among them, functionalized graphene has become a research hotspot in the field of biomedicine, especially in the early diagnosis and the treatment of malignant tumors. In this review, we discussed the recent research focusing on studying the roles of graphene and its derivatives in diagnosis of tumor and anti-tumor. This paper would suggest a new way for diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor, and provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of graphene as well
