高校法治教育的现状与对策

On the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Legal Education in Colleges and Universities

自高校转型发展以来,促进高校法治教育取得实效,是建设社会主义法治国家战略目标的内在要求。然而,当前高校法治教育的发展在教育目标、教育模式、构建育人合力等方面存在一些问题,不能很好地适应法治建设的新要求。针对当前面临的现状,各高校在开展法治教育中亟须提高认识、促进改革、拓展途径、共同发力,增强教育的实效性,为实现法治中国助力。

Since the transformation and development of colleges and universities, it has become an inherent requirement to build a socialist country under the rule of law. However, there are some problems in the development of the legal education in colleges and universities in terms of educational goals, educational models, and the building of joint forces for educating people. It is not well adapted to the new requirements of the rule of law. In view of the current status quo, all colleges and universities in the development of the rule of law education need to raise awareness, promote reforms, expand the way, co-produce force, and enhance the effectiveness of education, to help China realize the rule of law.
