高校经管类实验室安全管理问题浅析

Analysis on Safety Management of Economic Management Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

高校经管类实验室近年来不断发展增加,以此为基础的教学科研活动日趋频繁,随之暴露的实验室安全管理问题也随之凸显。主要问题包括管理制度的不完善和不落实、责任不明、安全教育缺失、检查和监管不到位、实验室经费投入不足、网络安全防范意识薄弱等。根据实验室安全管理中暴露的出的问题,提出应完善管理制度、明确各级各部门责任、加强安全教育、定期安全检查、加大经费投入等对策建议。

Economics and management laboratories in colleges and universities have increased and developed a lot in these years. Teaching and researching activities based on those laboratories are increasing either. The problems on safety management of those laboratories are shown on these activities. The problems include： imperfect management systems and non-implementation of those management systems, unidentified responsibilities, lack of safety education and supervision, insufficient funds of input, shortage of awareness of network security. According to the problems shown on the safety management of laboratories, several advises are proposed, such as improve the management systems, clear and definite the responsibilities between departments, reinforce safety education, regular safety inspection, increasing investment on laboratories and so on.
