摘要
本文在研究我国财经类本科院校MOOC建设与应用的特殊环境、发展现状和制约因素的基础上,提出了其MOOC建设与应用的策略。我国财经类本科院校可将MOOC建设的主要目标定位于服务校内教育教学;通过建立激励机制提高教师MOOC建设的积极性;通过建立质量保障机制发挥MOOC建设的价值创造作用。我国财经类本科院校应积极应用经济学、管理学类MOOC资源促进专业课教学改革;加强教师的继续教育以提升其专业教学能力。
Based on studying the special environment, present situation and restraining factors to MOOC construction and application,the strategies of China's finance and economics undergraduate colleges on MOOC construction and application are proposed. Main goals of MOOC construction can be positioned in promoting education and teaching in the college itself, the enthusiasm of MOOC construction can be increased by establishing excitation mechanism, the value creation effects can be exerted by establishing quality control mechanism. MOOC resources in economics and management can be actively applied to teaching reform of professional courses and strengthening teachers' further education to raise teachers' professional teaching ability.
