摘要
我国钢材产量持续上扬和国家政策的支持,为钢结构的发展提供了很大的空间,但是目前钢结构人才相对短缺,对地方本科高校来说,培养适应市场需求的应用型钢结构人才是当务之急。本文分析了目前地方本科高校钢结构教学存在的普遍问题,经过连续三年的教学改革实践,增加钢结构课程学时,优化课程内容体系,改革教学方法,将混合式教学理念融入教学,并加强实践教学环节。实践表明,通过教学改革,对培养学生的创新能力、工程应用能力和综合素质方面都有明显的提高,可供同类院校参考。
The continuous increase of steel output in China and the support of national policies have provided a great deal of space for the development of steel structures. But at present, the steel structure talent is relatively short. For local colleges and universities, to cultivate applied steel structural talents adapted to market demand is the top priority. This paper analyzes the common problems in the teaching of steel structures in local colleges and universities. After three consecutive years of teaching reforms, we have increased the time for steel structure courses, optimized the course content system, and reformed teaching methods. We have incorporated mixed teaching concepts into teaching and strengthened our practice. Practice has shown that through the teaching reform, students' innovation ability, engineering application ability and overall quality have been significantly improved, which can be used as reference for similar institutions.
