从“巴学园”的办园理念看幼儿园办园理念的精神实质

From the Idea of "Ba xueyuan" Seeing the Spiritual Essence of the Idea of Kindergarten

办园理念是幼儿园办园的总体指导思想,是统领幼儿园方方面面工作的精神导向,引导着幼儿园向预定的方向迈进。本研究呈现了巴学园"孩子是脚,教育是鞋"的办园理念在户外环境、幼儿游戏、教学活动、教师的言行举止等方面践行的实然状况,并在此基础上总结出了幼儿园办园理念的精神实质。

The idea of the kindergarten is the overall guiding ideology of kindergarten, which is the spiritual guidance of all aspects of the kindergarten, and guides the kindergarten to move towards the predetermined direction. This study presented the idea of ＂Ba xueyuan＂ kindergarten, which is ＂Children are feet, education is shoes＂, carried out in these aspects of the outdoor environment of kindergarten, children＇s games, teaching activities, teachers＇ words and deeds, and on this basis summarized the spiritual essence of the idea of running a kindergarten.
