摘要
近年来我国海上投送行动增多,港口保障任务频繁,因部队投送与海上运输不同,港口保障能力与投送需求还存在一定差距。本文通过分析港口投送保障存在的问题,研究寻找解决办法和建议,为更好的提高港口保障能力提供理论方法。
In recent years, with the increase of maritime delivery and the frequent task of port security, there is still a gap between the port＇s guarantee capacity and the demand for delivering. This paper studies and finds solutions and suggestions by analyzing the problems of port delivery guarantee, to provide a theoretical method for improving the port security capability.
