以班级“托底”工程实施为抓手 开展特殊学生的教育管理工作——以中北大学为例

Carrying out the Education Management Work of Special Students with the Implementation of the Class "Bottom up" Project as the Starting Point——Take North University of China as an example

本文立足中北大学班级学生团干的实际情况,结合笔者的工作实践,针对高校特殊学生的教育管理,提出"托底"工程——依托学生团干的力量,着力帮扶本班特殊学生,有效发挥高校班级团干部的职能。希望对推进高校德育建设、全员育人理念有所借鉴。

This paper, based on the actual situation of the students in the class of North Central University, combined with the author＇s work practice, and aimed at the education management of special students in colleges and universities, put forward the ＂bottom up＂ project - relying on the strength of the student group to help the special students of the class and effectively play the functions of the college class group. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in promoting the moral education in colleges and universities.
