学生学习成绩与就业去向间的判别分析

本文在分析已毕业的学生的在校学习成绩和毕业去向等相关信息的基础上,利用判别分析建立了费歇尔判别函数,结果表明,该判别函数在判别学习成绩和毕业去向间的关联上具有一定的准确性,从而利用该方法可以进一步对即将毕业的学生的就业去向进行预测,以便更好地对其进行就业指导。

In this paper, based on the analysis of the students＇ academic achievements and the relevant information of graduation, the Fischer discriminant function is established by discriminant analysis. The result shows that the discriminant function has certain accuracy in judging the correlation between the academic achievement and the graduation direction. The employment of graduates will be predicted, so as to better guide their employment.
