脱贫攻坚视角下高校精准资助工作探索

Exploration of Precise Funding System in Universities from the Perspective of Poverty Alleviation

目前脱贫工作进入攻坚阶段。扶贫要先扶志,绝不能让贫困家庭的孩子输在起跑线上,坚决阻止贫困代际传递。高校精准资助工作是"扶志"的重要内容,它可以促进教育公平和社会公平,是脱贫攻坚的必然要求。针对现阶段高校资助工作存在困难生认定不科学、育人工作不精准和管理不规范的问题,提出精准资助的工作路径,具体包括利用大数据精准认定困难生、因类施教资助的育人理念和资助程序与人员规范化管理。

At present, poverty alleviation is in the critical stage. We should cultivate aspirations before poverty alleviation; we should never allow children from poor families to lose at the starting line and resolutely prevent the transfer of poverty between generations. Precise funding system in universities consists to be an important part of aspiration cultivation as it can promote education fairness and social equity. It is an inevitable requirement for poverty alleviation. Addressing the current problem that the poor student identification is not accurate enough, the work of founding education is not precise, and the funding management is not standardized, the precise funding system was proposed, including the use of big data to accurately identify povertystricken students, the concept of founding education in accordance with students＇ aptitude and standardized management of funding procedures and team.
