摘要
以组织结构变革理论为依据,以中国篮球协会的实体化改革为背景,通过文献资料和逻辑对比的方法对国家篮球队管理体制的变革进行研究。认为国家篮球队变革的阻力主要来自于组织和个人方面。存在于组织方面的主要因素有利益分配、官僚主义和惯性思维;个体方面的主要因素有个体心理抵制、个人利益损失、习惯与传统等。通过更新管理层观念、实施扁平化管理、建立跨职能团队和组建学习型组织可以减少组织和个体对变革的阻力,推动国家篮球队管理体制的变革与创新。
Under the guidance of the theory of organizational structure change and the research background of the substantive reform of the Chinese Basketball Association,this paper studies the reform of the management system of the national basketball team through the methods of literature and logic comparison. The author thinks that the resistance to the reform of the national basketball team mainly exists in the aspects of organization and individual; the main factors in the organization are benefit distribution,bureaucratism and thinking; the main factors of individual are individual psychological resistance,personal interest loss,habits and traditions and so on.Updating management concepts,implementing flat management,establishing cross-functional teams and building learning organizations can reduce the resistance of organization and individual,then we can push forward the reform and innovation of national basketball team management system.
