摘要
BSC模式最初作为一种组织绩效衡量体系,在欧美国家收到了广泛认可。BSC是以财务指标为基础,同时加入了客户、内部运营和学习成长三个新的测评指数进行综合测评进而规划管理。以这四个管理目标作为借鉴,可以将其代入学校的管理模式。笔者认为利用BSC模式可建立起校院管理的整合框架,落实好可持续发展战略,并培养和提升教师队伍,提高学校的自主管理效率,打造高校的专有特色与核心竞争力。
The BSC model was initially used as an organizational performance measurement system and received widespread recognition in European and American countries. BSC is based on financial indicators, and at the same time it has added three new evaluation indexes for customers, internal operations and learning growth to conduct comprehensive evaluation and planning management. Taking these four management goals as a reference, they can be incorporated into the school's management model. The author believes that using the BSC model can establish an integrated framework for school management, implement a sustainable development strategy, and cultivate and upgrade the teaching team, improve the efficiency of the school's self-management, and build the university's proprietary characteristics and core competitiveness.
