摘要
功能磁共振成像技术由于有时间分辨率高和非侵入性等优势,在健康个体、病人及动物的大脑功能的研究中得到了广泛的应用。本文针对功能磁共振的数据的预处理中的头动校正算法进行研究。在SPM处理脑功能图像流程的基础上,对头动校正过程进行改进,采用B样条插值方法,提高了配准的鲁棒性和准确度,并有助于后续假设检验中激活区的显示。
Due to its high temporal resolution and non-invasiveness, functional magnetic resonance imaging technology has been widely used in the study of brain function in healthy individuals, patients, and animals. This paper studies the head motion correction algorithm in the preprocessing of functional magnetic resonance data. On the basis of the SPM processing brain function image flow, the head motion correction process is improved, and the B-spline interpolation method is adopted, which improves the robustness and accuracy of registration and helps the activation zone display in the subsequent hypothesis testing.
