摘要
教育的中心目的是向学生传授主要的思维形式,工程思维和创新思维是工程师的核心能力,培养学生的工程思维和创新思维能力是高等教育的一项重要工作。武汉科技大学工科特色明显,成功培养应用型卓越工程师一直是教育教学的重点。经过近些年学校领导和教师的共同努力,武汉科技大学冶金热能类专业在培养制度上有了较深入的改革,建立了较完善的培养体制。本文从培养学生的工程思维和创新思维的角度出发,分析目前学分制体系下各课程环节设置(如素质拓展课、创新学分、各阶段实习等)对训练学生工程思维和创新思维的作用,并进一步通过对现有培养体制的思考,提出了目前培养体制下有效提升学生工程思维和创新思维的改进建议。
The purpose of education is to teach students the main forms of thinking. Engineering thinking and innovative thinking are the core competence of engineers. The development of students' engineering thinking and innovative thinking skills is an important task in higher education. Wuhan University of Science and Technology has predominant engineering characteristics, and to cultivate application-oriented and outstanding engineers has been the focus of the education and teaching. After the joint efforts of the school leaders and the teachers in recent years, the training system of the metallurgical thermal specialty has an in-depth reform, and a more perfect system of training has been established. This paper analyzes the effect of each course setting(such as quality development course, innovation credit, internship at each stage) under the credit system on the training of students' engineering thinking and innovative thinking. Furthermore, through the consideration of the current training system, some suggestions for improving students' engineering thinking and innovative thinking are proposed.
