摘要 高校人力资源管理专业进修情景模拟法教学可以更好的提升知识实践运用能力,提升学习的真实感受。对于传统理论教学而言,有更强的实训价值。其操作成本低,趣味性高,体验感强,更有助于学生提升学习兴趣,提高最终教学成效。 The scenario simulation teaching method of human resource management major in colleges and universities can better enhance the ability of knowledge practice and enhance the real feeling of learning. For traditional theory teaching, it has more practical training value. Its low operating cost, high interest and strong sense of experience help students to enhance their interest in learning and improve their final teaching results.
