退役复学大学生校园再融入问题研究

Research on the Reintegration of University Students Retired from University

近年来,从在读大学生中征集新兵是新形势下建设现代化、信息化军队的重大战略决策。随着2009年一系列相关优惠政策出台,应征入伍和退役复学大学生人数逐年上升,大学校园诞生了退役复学大学生的特殊群体。本研究以退役复学大学生为研究对象,探究这一群体在校园再融入时存在的问题,挖掘其优势,提出针对性对策。

In recent years, recruiting new recruits from undergraduate students is a major strategic decision to build a modern,information-based military in a new situation. With the introduction of a series of related preferential policies in 2009, the number of college students who have enrolled in military service and retired has increased year by year. A special group of retired college students has been born on the university campus. This study takes retired university students as the research object, explores the problems existing in the reintegration of this group on campus, explores their advantages, and proposes targeted countermeasures.
