变压器用玻纤补强树脂引拔绝缘撑条老化性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 选取聚酯、环氧和酚醛三种不同树脂基材的玻纤补强变压器绝缘撑条,结合撑条实际使用环境,通过200℃、500 h的热氧老化试验以及与变压器酯油的相容性试验考察了撑条关键性能的变化和差异。结果表明:随着热老化的进行,聚酯撑条的颜色变化较小而环氧和酚醛撑条颜色变化较大;环氧撑条的弯曲性能最优,酚醛次之,聚酯撑条最差;在材料后期固化的作用下,聚酯和酚醛撑条的热态弯曲强度出现先增高后降低的趋势;聚酯撑条的抗热氧老化能力较弱,酚醛撑条次之,环氧撑条最强;老化后的三种撑条沿面耐电压均考核通过。与酯油相容性试验显示:酚醛撑条的加入明显对酯油造成了污染,与酯油的相容性较差。 In this paper, three different fiberglass reinforced transformer insulated stays which resin bases was polyester, epoxy, and phenolic, respectively. Combined with the actual use environment of stays, the changes in the critical properties of the stays were examined by the thermal oxygen aging test at 200 ℃ for 500 h, and the compatibility test with the transformer ester oil. The results show that through the progress of thermal aging, the color change of the epoxy or phenolic stays is more significant than polyester stays. The epoxy stays have the best bending properties, followed by phenolic stays, and polyester stays have the worst. Under the effect of post-curing of the material, the hot bending strength of polyester and phenolic stays firstly increase and then decrease. The anti-thermal oxygen aging ability of the polyester stays is weak, followed by the phenolic stays, and the epoxy stays is the strongest. After aging, the three kinds of stays were passed the withstand voltage test. The compatibility test with the ester oil shows that the addition of phenolic stays obviously causes contamination of the ester oil, and the compatibility with the ester oil is poor.
