摘要
目的研究兔眼内灌注液中肾上腺素对视网膜形态及功能的影响。方法12只健康清洁级兔随机分为实验组和对照组,每组6只。两组兔的实验眼和对照眼玻璃体内均注入0.4ml全氟丙烷(C3F8)气体,行气体压迫玻璃体切除术,72h后气体膨胀达最大体积时,实验组玻璃体腔注入0.1ml浓度1:1000的肾上腺素溶液,对照组注入等量生理盐水。术前和术后行裂隙灯显微镜、眼压、间接检眼镜检查。分别于术前、玻璃体腔注液后1、2、3周行眼底照相、OCT及ERG检查。然后取兔视网膜标本,观察视网膜结构变化,TUNEL染色观察细胞凋亡变化。结果玻璃体切除术前和玻璃体腔注液后各时间点ERGa波及b波振幅两组间差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);OCT测量视网膜厚度两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。病理学检查,两组视网膜结构均未见明显改变;均未见视网膜细胞凋亡。结论玻璃体切除手术眼内灌注液中1:1000的肾上腺素对兔眼ERG的a波b波振幅及视网膜厚度和组织结构均无明显影响。
Objective To study the effects of Epinephrine in intraocular irrigation on the morphology and function of retina in rabbit eyes. Methods Twelve rabbits were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, 6 cases per group. All cases received intravitreal injections of C3 Fs (0.4 ml) and gas compression vitrectomy. The maximum gas expansion was reached after 72 hours injection. The experiment group received intravitreal injection of Epinephrine (0. 1 ml, 1:1 000). The control group received intravitreal injection of saline (0. 1 ml ). Slit lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy were performed at regular intervals in all eyes pre- and postoperatively. Electroretinogram ( ERG), fundus color photography and optical coherence tomography(OCT) was performed pre- and 1,2, 3 weeks postoperatively. The retinal structure and apoptosis of rabbit retina specimen were observed with light microscopy(LM) and TUNEL stain. Results The difference in amplitude of a wave and b wave value of ERG at pre-and 1,2,3 weeks postoperatively were not significant between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The difference of retinal thickness with OCT pre- and 1, 2, 3 weeks postoperatively were not statistically significant between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). No abnormal change or apoptosis in the two groups occurred under microscope. Conclusion Epinephrine ( 1 : 1 000) in intraocular irrigation is not effect on ERG andthickness of retina during vitrectomy.
