观察SMILE术后残留透镜取出术的效果

Efficacy of residual lenticules extraction after SMILE

目的观察飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术（SMILE）后角膜透镜部分残留行残留透镜取出术的临床效果。方法回顾性研究。SMILE术后部分透镜残留4例（4眼），分别于残留透镜取出术前、术后比较视力、屈光状态及角膜地形图等检查结果。结果残留透镜取出术后，4只眼裸眼视力由SMILE术后的0．6～0．8均提高到1．0，屈光度均达到目标屈光度，而且角膜地形图均达到正常状态。结论SMILE术后透镜残留行残留透镜取出术安全有效，可使视力明显改善。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of residual lenticule extraction after femtosecond small incision lenticule extraction （SMILE）. Methods The data of 4 eyes of 4 cases with residual lenticules after SMILE were analyzed retrospectively. Visual acuity, refractive status and corneal topography were recorded before and after surgery. Results After extraction of residual lenticules, UCVA improved from 0.6- 0.8 to 1.0. All eases reached the target diopter and corneal topography examination was normal. Conclusion Extraction of residual lenticules after SMILE is safe and effective, which can improve visual acuity.
