摘要
目的研究蒙药泡囊草不同溶剂提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法和半制备高效液相色谱法对不同溶剂提取物进行分离纯化,运用各种光谱法鉴定化合物的结构。结果与结论鉴定了10个单体化合物,分别为7-甲氧基香豆素(1)、7-羟基香豆素(2)、6,7,8-三甲氧基香豆素(3)、8-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(4)、6,7-二羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(5)、6-甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、6,8-二甲氧基香豆素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、京尼平苷(8)、当药苦苷(9)和梓苷(10)。化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Ten compounds were isolated from Physochlaina phsaloides. Chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification, including LH-20 column chromatography, silica gel and preparative HPLC. The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Ten compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as 7-methoxycoumarin (1), 7-hydroxy coumarin ( 2 ), 6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin ( 3 ), 8-hydroxyl-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin ( 4 ), 6,7-dihydroxyl-8- methoxycoumarin ( 5 ), 6-methoxycoumarin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 6 ), 6, 8-dimethoxycoumarin-7-O-β-D- glucoside (7), geniposide (8), swertiamarin ( 9 ) and catalposide ( 10 ). Compounds 1 - 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
