不同清洗方式在腹腔镜手术器械清洗和灭菌中的应用价值

Application Value of Different Cleaning Methods in the Cleaning and Sterilization of Laparoscopic Surgical Instruments

目的探讨不同清洗方式在腹腔镜手术器械清洗和灭菌中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年3月至2017年8月600件腹腔镜手术器械为研究对象,根据不同的清洗方式将其分为A、B、C三组,每组200件,三组分别采用常规的手工清洗法、手工加酶清洗法及加酶超声清洗法清洗,比较各组清洗和灭菌效果及医护人员满意度。结果 A、B、C三组清洗合格率及细菌学检测合格率比较有统计学差异,且C组显著优于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组医护人员满意度评分显著高于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加酶超声清洗法可有效提高腹腔镜手术器械清洗灭菌合格率及医护人员满意度,在消毒供应中心具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of different cleaning methods in the cleaning and sterilization of laparoscopic surgical instruments. Methods 600 laparoscopic surgical instruments in our hospital from March 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into three groups as follows： A,B and C according to the different cleaning methods,200 cases in each group,respectively. The three groups were respectively washed by conventional manual cleaning,manual enzyme cleaning and enzymatic ultrasonic cleaning.To comparethe effects of cleaning and sterilization and the satisfaction of medical staff in each group. Results There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rate of cleaning and the qualified rate of bacteriological detection between groups A,B and C,and the difference in group C was significantly superior to group A and group B（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction scores of medical staff in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enzymatic ultrasonic cleaningcan effectively improve the qualification rate of cleaning and sterilization of laparoscopic surgical instruments and the satisfaction of medical staff,which has important application value in the sterilization supply center.
